   We’ve tried the two nursing/changing rooms in Times Square.

   The bigger one which is on 9th floor, (we used this when my son was still an infant), was clean, spacious, comfortable and nice. Although several families could share , when we went there only one family was there. It wasn’t jam packed. If in case the changing area is full, you can wait by the seats comfortably. You can even nurse there if the two nursing rooms are full. My son was amazed with the automated diaper bin haha. Cool feature!

   As for the smaller changing room located in 13th floor (assuming this is only one room), we managed to use it only once even if several times we attempted to use it on different days. I don’t know if someone is always using it or is it locked for some reason? Anyway, the room is just small. Basic changing room nothing special. But in case that you cannot access this room, the ladies room has a cubicle which has a changing table (if I remember it correctly, because this is where I took my soon to change when the changing room was , again, closed).

   There are 2 changing rooms 1 is the smaller one and the other is a much bigger version. The one on the 9th is much bigger and also most of the time it’s quite empty. The smaller one (6th? floor) is often occupied and there is usually a line for it. But overall, very clean and very nice.
