Have to climb up to this playground, so get ready your sports shoes and hip seat if baby does not like to walk much. Adult excise first before th baby. The park is spacious and in good condition. Closed for sand cleaning on (should be) either Tuesday / Wednesday (can’t remember exactly).

The playground is inside one of the most frequently visited parks in Hong Kong. After observing a number of birds, the playground is very suitable for consuming the last piece of the children’s battery power. However, there is a number of small centipedes in which children may get poisoned. Please make sure your children stay close with you.

This is my favourite outdoor playground! With 6 levels of play area, lily pond, waterfall, fountains, aviary and green house and within 10 minutes of walk you get to Zoological and Botanical Garden. I love coming here in early morning with my daughter for a walk and end it at the playground before her nap.

市区难得可以玩沙的地方,周末早上人不算多,但公园有点大去一转蛮消耗体力的

This is a wonderful park in general and not only for the specific kids area. I personally love the turtle pond which is a lovely place to take children. This is a hilly park though so take your carrier or stroller of the child is a reluctant walker.

A good range of equipment for various ages, kept in good condition. Has shaded sitting areas at certain levels. Slight walk uphill to get there, so be prepared with a carrier or stroller. Would avoid going on weekends though, it gets very crowded!

I wish we lived closer to this park. We’ve been a handful of times but the kids always enjoy, busier in the hours close to 4pm. Lots of hills so you’ll get a workout pushing stroller.

This has to be the biggest playground we’ve been to (although of course we haven’t seen other playgrounds in HK). It has different “floors” , something that kids look forward to every time they go up.
Pros:
– So much playground equipment
– Colorful and very IG-worthy
– Caters to different ages, from younger to older kids
– The sand pit is a nice addition as you don’t have this often in HK playgrounds
– Ramps are provided for strollers
– Because of the greeneries around, you will see lots of beautiful birds and we even saw a squirrel in a tree.
Cons:
– It’s a long walk from the HK park entrance and you have to walk up the slope. My son gave up walking the first time we went here. I think this playground is meant for the residents living up there. They just have to go down the stairs.
– Can get very crowded during weekend

Was here with the girls. Definitely a hike to go all the way to the playground. But the slides are super amazing. There were multiple play areas so it was never really too busy at 1 single area. They also have a huge sandpit that is really fun.
