This museum is a bit of a trek from the MTR station but you will be rewarded with an amazing facility for your little one. My daughter spent hours here as theres activities for kids of all ages with 3 levels of hands-on play which helps to really blow off their energy. In fact I was having plenty fun myself playing together with my daughter and showing her how to play each of the activities. Cant comment on changing facility since I changed her diaper in our stroller. And if this museum didnt tire out your little one, then hop over to the history museum next door which is reviewed separately.

This is like a giant playground for my son. If you want to keep your little ones busy for hours, the Science Museum is the place to go. They’re playing , enjoying at the same time learning, especially if the kids are in the phase where they are curious and full of questions.
Perfect place to go during summer break. The entrance fee won’t break your wallet as well.
The only downside, you have to make around 10 minute walk to the museum from the MTR station.

Out seven year old loved the museum. She read all of the information and really enjoyed the learning. The next day we ended up at the library to add to our knowledge. Great pricing also, we stayed two hours

took my toddler son there last year and was quite surprised that he enjoyed the museum quite a lot, esp. the floor dedicated to younger kids!

We visited the Science Museum on a rainy Sunday morning and it was quite busy . We decided to pass the annual pass for $100/adult since it gives us unlimited access to all LCSD museums (really great value!). Our 2.5yo enjoyed exploring the exhibits and activities. He really wanted to go into the construction site play area on the top floor, but since they are limiting numbers per session, we were looking at a 3-hour wait! Next time we would go straight up and get a ticket for the play zone first, then proceed to other exhibits.
