  1. This can only accommodate one family. Unlike other changing and nursing rooms where you can let others in while you are just feeding or about to leave. You have to wait until the family inside is done. If you have to express milk or nurse, it can be stressful if someone is outside waiting. A separate nursing room should have been provided. The chair is a bit uncomfortable for nursing. I’d rather go to a cafe or restaurant nearby and nurse where I can sit comfortably.

    The shelves are good idea though.
