This new indoor playroom on the 13th floor of Windsor House has a nursing room and changing room and is more suited for younger kids with padded areas to play and explore. They are awaiting a food license for the mini cafe area.

I went with my 2.5yo boy in summer and he absolutely loves it.
The area at Real Expert is not super huge, but there are enough and a good varieties of activities to keep the toddlers and kids busy.
I also like that there is a snack zone for families purchased the ticket to enjoy meals (you can also bring your own food!)
The play time limit at Real Expert is 1 hour and 45 mins; at normal hours the member price is $180/kid (no charges for adults). It’s not cheap given no food/drinks is included, but since my boy had a good time, I won’t complain much 😉
