Pros:
-The ship theme of the equipment is interesting .
-While there are a lot of kids/crowd here on a weekend, the vibe is different. It feels “happy”. Maybe because of the open space, it’s near the sea and it doesn’t feel HK.
– Pet friendly area as there are lots of dogs being walked by their owners.
– Spacious as kids can run around, ride bikes and scooters, play ball etc.
– It is right outside the mall and dining establishments
Cons:
-No shade to protect kids in the playground from the sun. There are palm trees but it won’t be enough to provide shade. This could be a problem during summer.
-Stanley is far from CBD. Not accessible by MTR, only buses (or taxi).
